• RN’s and RPN’s in good standing and provide proof of current RN/RPN Certificate of Competence
• Proof of Personal Support Worker course

Advanced course

• Must be a Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurse
• RN’s and RPN’s in good standing and provide proof of current RN/RPN Certificate of Competence
• Must have completed the basic foot care course
• Must bring personal protective equipment and basic foot care tools
• Proof of $3 million liability insurance

This course is completed through independent online studies and provides information, resources and guidance for theory-based learning. Students are expected to complete online reading/research from their computer. An 80% course average or higher is required to successfully complete the FCN theory, which is a prerequisite to start the clinical part.
